Refund & Return Guidelines

We supply quality-checked fireworks sourced from trusted Sivakasi manufacturers. Due to the sensitive nature of fireworks, refunds are allowed only under specific conditions.

Not Eligible For Refund

  • Opened or partially used firework boxes
  • Damage caused due to improper handling or storage
  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Cancellation after dispatch

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 3-7 working days
  • Amount credited to the original payment method
  • Confirmation sent via WhatsApp or Email

How To Request A Refund

  • Contact support within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share order number and issue details
  • Attach photos/videos for verification
  • Wait for approval from our support team

Important Notes

  • Refund approval depends on verification
  • Used or ignited fireworks cannot be refunded
  • No refunds for festive bulk orders after dispatch

Cancellation & Returns

No Returns After Dispatch. Once goods are sold or dispatched from our end, no return will be entertained under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

If you cancel your order before dispatch, only 60% of the order value will be refunded. The refund will be credited to your account within 3 to 7 working days.

Damaged Parcel Policy

We request you not to accept any parcel that is delivered in a visibly damaged condition. We strive hard to ensure every order is delivered safely.

Package Quality & Safety

All our packages are waterproof, scratch-proof, and sanitized before dispatch to ensure maximum safety and quality.

Incorrect Address Or Phone Number

We are not responsible for any mistakes in the shipping address or phone number provided by you. Our delivery partner will attempt delivery two times. If you are unreachable during both attempts, the parcel will be sent back to Sivakasi and no refund will be issued.
