How cracker delivery works, start to finish
Fireworks travel differently from ordinary parcels. Here's what to expect at every stage of your order.
Place Your Order
Select products online or send your list to our order desk for a custom quote.
Confirm Payment
All orders are dispatched only after 100% advance payment is received, in line with standard practice for explosive goods.
Secure Road Transport
Fireworks cannot be couriered by air or standard parcel networks. Orders travel by registered goods transport with appropriate documentation.
Doorstep Handover
Our transport partner attempts delivery up to two times, with tracking updates sent via WhatsApp or SMS.
Delivery Timelines
Dispatch happens within 24-48 hours of confirmed payment. From dispatch, transit generally takes:
- Tamil Nadu & neighbouring states: 2-4 working days
- South & West India: 4-6 working days
- North & East India: 5-8 working days
Timelines can extend during peak Diwali season due to high transport demand across the country. We recommend ordering at least 2-3 weeks before the festival.
Packaging & Handling
All packages are waterproof, scratch-proof and sanitised before dispatch. Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery and do not accept any package that arrives visibly damaged.
Address & Contact Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout or when sending your order. We are not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect details supplied by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our transport partner is unable to reach you after two delivery attempts, the parcel is returned to our Sivakasi facility and the order is not eligible for a refund. See our Refund Policy for full terms.
